1. Scope
1.1 Any person may report a Storefront, a Site, a Preview or an outreach email that impersonates a business, a brand or a public body, infringes copyright or a trademark, or carries unlawful content.
2. A complete report
2.1 A report names the web address, the kind of problem, the right or the business involved, and a way to reach the person reporting. A copyright report also identifies the work and states that the person reporting holds the right or acts for its holder.
3. Handling
3.1 Ironstone acknowledges each report within one (1) business day. A page that impersonates, or that plainly infringes, comes down while Ironstone reviews it.
3.2 Ironstone tells the Seller responsible and gives the Seller five (5) business days to answer. Ironstone restores the page only if the answer resolves the report.
3.3 A Seller with repeated upheld reports loses the Account.
4. Other routes
4.1 A business that only wants to leave the lookup may use the opt-out at ironstonedesign.com/legal/prospect-data/. A Preview comes down at once with the button on its own notice.
