On day 15 we charge your card the price of your plan: $19, $49 or $149 a month, or the yearly price if you chose yearly billing. Site fees start on day 15, or on the day a site goes live if that is later. We email you a reminder a week before the first charge. You can cancel in Settings > Billing at any time, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Do I pay for websites I have not sold yet?
Websites you have not sold yet cost nothing. The monthly fee for a website starts only on the day it goes live for a paying client.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free to try everything. Launch suits your first clients, Growth is the plan we recommend as your client list grows, and Agency is built for teams and volume. You can switch plans at any time.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly, or yearly if you choose yearly billing, and you can cancel at any time in Settings > Billing. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Are there any other fees?
Everything you pay is on this page: your plan, the monthly fee for each live website, card processing on the payments your clients make, and any extra lookups or credits you choose to add. The first build of every site is included.
How do I get paid?
Your clients pay your price through your storefront, with you as the merchant. Your share reaches your bank every week, or every business day on the Agency plan.
Do my clients see the Ironstone name?
No. Your storefront, your clients' login and every email they receive carry your name and logo, on every plan.
What happens if a client stops paying?
Your client receives payment reminders in your name for 14 days. After that, the site pauses, or you can keep it live and cover its monthly fee yourself until your client pays.
Can I change my plan later?
You can change your plan at any time. An upgrade takes effect at once, and a downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my client sites if I cancel?
They stay live. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, your storefront moves to the Free plan, and every client site stays online.
