Why we built it
Many local businesses near you still have no working website of their own, or one that is broken or out of date. Our business lookup finds them and shows you what our checks found.
You often know the owners already, and that makes you the best person to help them. We supply the tools, and you keep every client relationship.
A note from the founder
I started Ironstone because I kept meeting good local businesses with bad websites, or none at all, and the people who could have helped them didn't have the tools to do it well or affordably. I'm Canadian, and I grew up around family businesses where a handshake meant something and a job done right was the reputation you lived on. Those are the values I built this platform on: be useful, be straight with people, and never make money by trapping anyone.
Ironstone is a small company, and I'd rather it stay honest than get big fast. If you sell websites through it, you'll get tools that work, prices that don't move without notice, and a person who answers when you write.
