1. The trial

1.1 The Ironstone trial lasts 14 days and requires a card. Ironstone charges the card $19, $49 or $149 for the selected plan on day 15 unless the Seller cancels before then. Site fees start on day 15, or on the day a site goes live if that is later. Ironstone emails a reminder 7 days before the first charge. The Seller can cancel online from Settings > Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

2. How to cancel

2.1 A Seller cancels a Plan online from Settings > Billing in the seller app. The next screen shows one optional offer, which the Seller may decline, and the cancellation completes without a call or an email.

2.2 Ironstone confirms each cancellation by email. A Seller may also cancel by writing to contact@ironstonedesign.com from the Account’s email address.

3. What cancellation does

3.1 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The Account then moves to the Free Plan, and the Storefront stays open.

3.2 Every Client Site stays live, and its Site Fee continues for each month the Site stays live. A Site Fee ends when the Site is taken down.

4. Failed payments

4.1 A failed Plan payment is retried on days 3 and 7. On day 14 the Account moves to the Free Plan, and every Client Site stays live.

5. Client refunds

5.1 A Seller may refund a Client in full within thirty (30) days of the Client’s first payment. Ironstone returns its fee on that payment.

6. Annual Plans

6.1 An annual Plan cancels on the same page. Ironstone sends a notice 30 (30) days before each renewal charge.
