1. Scope
1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy binds every Seller, Client and Affiliate, and covers Storefronts, Sites, Previews, outreach email and every use of the model.
2. Prohibited content
2.1 No Storefront, Site or Preview may carry unlawful content, content that infringes another person’s rights, malware, phishing, or content that deceives a visitor about who operates the page.
2.2 No Storefront, Site or Preview may present itself as a brand, a government body, a bank or a business that has not engaged the Seller.
3. Names, addresses and domains
3.1 Ironstone checks every Storefront name, address and connected domain against a list of brands, government bodies and financial institutions. A name that matches waits for review by Ironstone before it goes live.
4. Outreach email
4.1 Outreach email may go only to an address a business published itself, on a page the platform checks, and only from the Seller’s own mailbox.
4.2 Every outreach email carries the Seller’s legal name, mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe. A mailbox sends at most 40 outreach emails a day, after a warm-up of 5/10/20/40 a day across its first four weeks.
4.3 An unsubscribe takes effect at once for that Seller, and a report of abuse suppresses the address for every Seller. Ironstone does not send text messages for a Seller.
5. Limits
5.1 Ironstone sets limits per Account on generation, lookups and sending, and a daily limit on credits. An action beyond a limit waits until the next day.
6. Use of the model
6.1 No request may ask the model for content this policy prohibits, and no Seller may use the Services to build a website for any person other than a business that could become a Client.
7. Enforcement
7.1 Ironstone may remove content, stop sending, suspend a Storefront or close an Account that breaches this policy. Reports go to ironstonedesign.com/legal/takedown/.
