Affiliate terms

1. Definitions
1.1 “Affiliate” means a person or business that holds an affiliate account with Ironstone.
1.2 “Recruit” means a Seller who opens an Account through an Affiliate’s referral link.
1.3 “Revenue” means the amounts Ironstone collects from a Recruit for Plans, Site Fees and credit packs, net of refunds and chargebacks.
1.4 “Share” means the part of Revenue that Ironstone pays to an Affiliate.
2. The Share
2.1 Ironstone shall pay the Affiliate 30% of the Revenue from each Recruit for 12 (12) months from the Recruit’s signup.
2.2 The Share rises to 40% of Revenue while the Affiliate holds 25 or more active paying Recruits.
3. Attribution
3.1 A Recruit belongs to the Affiliate whose referral link the Recruit clicked last within 60 (60) days before signup.
4. Hold and payment
4.1 Each Share is held for 60 (60) days after the matching invoice is paid, then paid once the Affiliate’s balance reaches $25.
4.2 Only Revenue that Ironstone has collected counts. A refund or chargeback after payment reduces the next payment by the matching Share.
5. Exclusions
5.1 No Share is paid on an Account the Affiliate controls. One account may not hold both roles, Seller and Affiliate, for the same referral.
5.2 A Recruit that cancels before its first charge produces no Share.
6. Promotion rules
6.1 The Affiliate shall state no income figure, show no picture of income, and make no claim that income requires no work, no skill or no time.
6.2 The Affiliate shall create no false scarcity or deadline, shall disclose the affiliate relationship in every post that carries a referral link, and shall not bid on the Ironstone name in paid search.
6.3 The Affiliate shall send no commercial email without the consent that the anti-spam laws of the recipient’s country require, and shall follow the earnings disclosure.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may end the affiliate account on notice by email. Ironstone may end it at once for a breach of the promotion rules, and no Share accrues after a breach.
