Built-in protections

Protections built into your account

Your account looks after your mailbox, your clients and your name before you send a single email. In return, you agree to a few plain commitments when you open your storefront.

Outreach
The outreach page's replies from businesses, where the addresses are covered.
Replies reach you, and a one-click unsubscribe is honored at once.

What we do for you

Every email waits for you

Every outreach email waits for your review before it leaves, and nothing goes out on its own.

Your own mailbox

Emails leave from your own mailbox, with your name, your mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe added for you.

Published addresses only

Outreach goes only to an address a business published itself, on a page we check first.

Calls for designers' clients

A business whose site credits a web designer goes to your call sheet, never your email queue.

One-click takedown

Any business can take down its preview in one click, and anyone can report a page to us.

A review before unusual volume

An account that asks for far more sites than usual in one day pauses for a quick review, with its sites still online.

Updated September 26, 2026.

What you agree to

  • Describe what the business gets. Its site, its pages and its price on your storefront, never what anyone will earn.
  • Email published addresses. Only an address the business published itself, from your own mailbox.
  • Warm up each mailbox. Up to 40 emails a day per mailbox, after a four-week warm-up.
  • Speak as yourself. Your own name and business, never another business, a brand or a public body.
  • Keep client details for their site. A client's details build and run that client's site, and nothing else.

Say this "Your new site shows your menu, your hours and a tap to call."

Not this "This site will double your orders."

Daily allowances

Every account has the same daily allowances. They keep your mailbox off spam lists and stop a stolen login from building hundreds of sites. Within any 24 hours, you can:

  • ask for up to 60 new sites, and up to 20 in one hour
  • make up to 120 changes to your sites
  • run up to 60 live searches for businesses
  • send up to 150 outreach emails, with each mailbox inside its own allowance above
  • receive up to 300 messages through the contact forms on your clients' sites

When an account asks for more than 80 new sites in one day, we pause it for a review and write to you by email. Your sites stay online during the review.

If a commitment is broken

The acceptable use policy sets out what can follow, depending on what happened.

  1. Content comes down

We may remove the content in question from a site or a preview.

  2. Sending stops

We may stop outreach from the account.

  3. The storefront pauses

We may suspend the storefront or close the account.

Questions

Why does every email wait for my review?

Because every email carries your name. You read it, change it if you like, and send it when it is right.

Review a draft

What happens past a daily allowance?

That one action waits until the next day, and the rest of your account works as usual.

Can a business stop my emails?

Yes. The one-click unsubscribe in every email stops them at once, and the business can also leave the lookup.
