The fine print, plainly

Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and we only email people who asked us to.

Last updated: July 2026

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep the contact details and project information you share so we can respond and do the work. Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits — it does not track you across the web or build a profile of you.

What we do with it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare previews and quotes, and deliver services you've engaged us for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — full stop.

Email & messages

We only send commercial messages to people who have asked us to or with whom we have an existing business relationship, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe.

Client site data

If we build and host your website, form submissions from your customers go directly to you. We access them only as needed to provide support.

Third parties we rely on

Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare's global network; email runs on Google Workspace. Both maintain their own extensive security and privacy practices.
