How we tested
Build time: the method and all 30 builds
Method: platform/generate.py --prompt <fictional business> --fictional --no-deploy on the studio machine (Windows 11, residential connection), one after another; wall time from the command to the rendered site, and the model step alone (claude-sonnet-5 through ai/build.py with the validator). The 90th percentile was 50 seconds, and the model step alone had a 24-second median.

Method: tools/lh_one.mjs: Lighthouse 13 mobile form factor, simulated throttling, performance category, on each demo home page at https://showroom.mysiteslive.com. 123 of 123 demos scored 95 or more, and the lowest scored 99. The showroom holds every demo that was measured.
The recorded build
A storefront form for a fictional bakery was filled on September 25, 2026, and the preview answered 47 seconds after the request. The request went to the builder at once in that run; a normal request waits for the builder's next pass, which runs every 5 minutes.

It is the Lighthouse performance score on a simulated phone, out of 100.
Why can a real visit be slower?
Real phones and networks vary. The test uses one fixed setting, so every result compares fairly with the others.
